Performance
The GMC Terrain makes a single engine available across all trim levels. All GMC Terrain trims are powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that makes 170 horsepower and 203 pound-feet of torque. This engine works with a 9-speed automatic transmission and makes front-wheel drive standard and all-wheel drive optional. The AT4 trim adds underbody skid plates to increased rugged performance capability.
Technology
Tech features are well-rounded with all trim levels thanks to a solid set of base features. The SLE trim comes outfitted with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment display, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity, a 6-speaker audio system, Bluetooth connectivity, and in-vehicle Wi-Fi connectivity. The SLT trim makes some changes, adding a high-def rear camera system, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment display, and increased USB ports. The Denali trim is the most well-equipped trim in terms of tech thanks to additions like an HD radio, a wireless charging pad, an upgraded infotainment system, a Bose premium audio system, and a navigation system.
Interior Features
Comfort and convenience features range, with higher trims offering up a more impressive set of features for Charlotte, MI drivers to enjoy. The SLE trim comes standard with cloth-trimmed seats, seating for five, air conditioning, and a roomy rear cargo storage area. The SLT trim makes some important additions.
