I replied to an offer from an email with the dealership that offered a free safety inspection, maintenance inspection, and a at cost diagnostic inspection. Thats what I signed up to be completed. When I got to the service garage, the rep said, so youre here for and oil change? Nope, not at all. I told him what I signed up for and my car was only topped off with fluids and the tire pressure checked. I know for a fact I need brakes, nothing about the slight leak under the car. So the service garage did not preform the service requested.
